Nose: There’s lots of toasted coconut on the nose, it’s still fresh and inviting though
Palate: A little freshly cracked black pepper and good mouthcoating texture keeps the juicy barley moving. There’s more coconut and now warm, toasted nuts.
Finish: Warming and long lasting. The finish in new charred oak brings a grippy tannin but there’s sweetness from a touch of honey and citrus. Very tasty!
