Nose: There’s a delicate fruitiness to the nose here, which suggested a bubblegum sweetness and some zesty lemon peel.
Palate: Immediately there’s a rich, mouth coating texture bringing a lovely butteriness. We were reminded of white chocolate coated shortbread! There’s also a bit of orange blossom followed with many sweetness.
Finish: Lingering baking spices like cloves and cinnamon. An oaky robustness reminds us that this is cask strength but pleasingly so.
