Palate: Punchy smoke fights to the front of your palate, bringing jalapeno brine, green chillies and a mouth puckering sweetness to shelter you from this Islay storm!
Finish: Lots of soot covered juicy pears, it’s tongue coating and leaves a long smokey finish
