Nose: Smokey roasted pineapples, mangoes and papaya, maybe even heavily charred sweetcorn from a BBQ, chocolate pralines, oak spices and sandalwood
Palate: Through the smoke come the tart blackcurrants, there’s a creamy, baked cheesecake and Daim bars. Well integrated sherry mixes with sweet malty notes.
Finish: There’s a touch of salty brine at the very end. Lip smacking and it will make you smile!
