Nose: Beeswax polish on old leather boots, manuka honey, summer hay. It’s a sweet but savoury haven which draws you in
Palate: Tingly! There’s crystallised ginger, dark bitter chocolate coated shortbread (Island Bakery chocolate gingers for sure!) A little whisper of charcoal woods and demarera sugar.
Finish: Where does that lovely honeyed smoke come from? We’re into it though! Smokey glazed pecans leave you wanting more.
