Nose: Sweet barley, honeycomb, and fresh pear roll in first, but there’s lots of fresh oakiness here too
Palate: Bright and mouth-coating. Creamy vanilla and toffee meet crisp green apple and citrus peel, then drift into toasted oak, malt biscuits, and a touch of coastal farm yard which is keeping the texture bold and punchy
Finish: Medium-long and bold. The oakiness gives a tingly finish to the dram.
